Tremaine joined McWilliams Lawyers as a Solicitor in September 2026. He was admitted to practice in December 2025, having completed a Juris Doctor at the University of Western Australia. Tremaine also holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology), with a second major in Business Law.

Before joining the firm, Tremaine developed a strong foundation in litigation, with particular experience in defendant sided workers’ compensation matters, where he assisted with the preparation and progression of claims.
