Jess joined McWilliams Lawyers in 2024 following the completion of her Bachelor of Education at Edith Cowan University and almost two years working in the education sector.

She commenced with the firm as an Executive Assistant and has since progressed to the role of Assistant Practice Manager.

Jess assists with the day-to-day management of the firm, oversees the administration team, and provides operational and administrative support across the practice.
